How much time will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped same or next day, provided that it is a stock Item. Most shipments will reach their destination within 2 to 5 days depending on weather and holidays.

What if I’ve ordered the wrong product?

You may be responsible for costs of return shipping and restocking fees depending on your location and how the item was shipped. See our return policy for more details.

Can I track my order?

Most orders are shipped with My Guy, Inc. company trucks and, currently, we do not offer automatic online tracking. If this is the case with your order, we will do our best to keep in communication with you to keep you informed with a delivery day and time. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us anytime to check the status on your order. You can reach us by email or phone at 570-764-4188. If your order goes out with another courier, we will provide you with the tracking number for your order.

What if I need my order expedited?

We can definitely expedite your order. You can expect additional freight charges on expedited orders. Typically we would use Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Next Day or Second day service. You can find which service would apply to your area by clicking here.

Shipping

My Guy, Inc. Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped to reach their destination within 3 to 5 days. Please allow time for this since rush or overnight orders can add additional costs to your order.

My Guy Inc. will use the shipping carrier of their choice at their discretion. We may use, but are not limited to the following: My Guy company trucks, common carrier, UPS, Spee-Dee Delivery, or others. We can provide tracking on some of these options.

Returns

My Guy, Inc. Return Policy

If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase for any reason and wants to return an item, they will need to pay for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 5%.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting our office.

Only products that are new and unopened are eligible to be returned to My Guy, Inc. within 30 days.

Opened containers cannot be returned.

If the item that you received isn’t the correct item that was ordered, is damaged or defective, My Guy, Inc. will absorb the costs of making it right in the timeliest manner possible. It is at our discretion to make this decision.
